Terms of Service

SeerFlow reads commerce, logistics, and payment data from the platforms a brand connects (such as Shopify, Razorpay, and Shiprocket) to compute cash position, payout timing, return-to-origin (RTO) risk, reconciliation insights, unit economics, and AI-assisted explanations grounded in your computed business data. SeerFlow is an analytics and information tool. It is read-only — it never modifies your store, ad accounts, or payment settings.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SeerFlow. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Sign-in and account management are handled by our authentication provider (Clerk). Notify us promptly at help@seerflow.in of any unauthorised use.

When you connect a provider, you authorise SeerFlow to access that provider’s data through its API using the read-only permissions shown at connection time. You are responsible for having the right to connect those accounts and to authorise this access. You may disconnect a provider at any time; doing so stops future data collection and, together with account deletion, triggers deletion of the associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

SeerFlow is offered on subscription plans, with a free trial for new accounts. After the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed in USD through the Shopify Billing API — the charge is added to your Shopify invoice — on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change plan pricing or features on prospective notice.

You agree not to:

• use SeerFlow to violate any law or a third party’s rights;
• access or attempt to access data belonging to another brand or tenant, or bypass access controls;
• reverse-engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the service, or scrape it in a way that harms its operation;
• upload malware or interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

SeerFlow may present AI-generated explanations of your already-computed figures. These explanations, along with all forecasts, scores, and analytics, are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions. While we ground outputs in your real computed data, we do not warrant that every figure or explanation is error-free, and you should verify anything material before relying on it.

SeerFlow and all associated software, models, and content (excluding your data) are owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain all rights to your data; you grant us the limited right to process it to provide and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

SeerFlow integrates with third-party platforms (e.g. Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket, Google, Meta). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their availability or data is outside our control. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions of those third parties.

Every figure SeerFlow shows is computed from your own real, connected data — accuracy is the whole point of the product, and we work hard to keep it right. That said, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or free of every error. You remain responsible for verifying anything material before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeerFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold SeerFlow harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using SeerFlow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
